Swedish Karolinska Development eyes EUR 29.1m ahead of floatation '10 - report.

(ADPnews) - Nov 20, 2009 - Swedish unlisted life-science investor Karolinska Development AB plans to raise SEK 300 million (USD 43.2m/EUR 29.1m) a new share issue next week and to float on the stock exchange in Stockholm in 2010, local daily Dagens Industri (DI) reported Friday.

"One of the aims (with the offering) is to spread the ownership because we plan to list on the stock exchange some time next year," CEO Conny Bogentoft told DI.

The planned issue is targeted at both existing and new shareholders and is aimed at increasing the number of owners by up to 75, of which a further 1-2 institutional owners. The subscription period will start next week and …
